Prerequisites and admission for Members International

Those who would like to take over mandates as interim manager international, which are to be carried out partially or completely abroad, they would need to have special qualities and experiences.
Beside DDIM's general principles the "interim manager international" must fulfil at least one of the following criteria through proven experience:

1. Time spent abroad with at least 6 months work experience as employed manager abroad 
   OR
2. A successful mandate as an interim manager abroad with al least 6 months project/work experience
   OR
3. The operation of a company abroad with at least 6 months experience as entrepreneur abroad.

In addition, the interim manager must be fluent in at least one other foreign language at a professional level besides his/her mother tongue.
