Code of honour

DDIM code of honour

DDIM's members and partners have agreed to a binding code of honour.

The following always applies: All members make sure that their decisions and actions are in the interest of the commissioning company, its staff and shareholders while maintaining the DDIM code of honour.

The members and partners of DDIM agree:

  1. To follow the laws and the generally accepted values of the community. That they are ready and obliged to render an account of their actions.
  2. That they will remain independent and neutral in all of their actions and decisions.
  3. That they will consider each project without prejudice to see if the prerequisites are actually met for its successful completion. If these prerequisites are not met, then the project must be rejected or the client must be notified of the slim prospects of success.
  4. That they will provide customer-oriented services and will always ensure the cost-benefits relationship for the client. That all information will be treated with care and in confidence.
  5. That actions and decisions will focus on the success of the project and will concentrate on meeting their contractual obligations.
  6. That cost-effectiveness will be optimised as they carry out their job.
  7. That the functions, quality, deadlines and costs that you request are ensured, making use of state of the art procedures and systems.
  8. That contracts will only be accepted or delegated which correspond to their experience and specialist knowledge, or to that of the interim manager who represents them.
  9. Should this not be the case, the member or partner must reject the contract.
  10. That no dependencies will be created to their person or organisation, but to promote the autonomy of the company.
  11. To ensure that the project can proceed even if they are personally not able to continue.
  12. That they take complete responsibility for their actions and decisions.
  13. That they base their professional positions on their own performance.
  14. In case of doubt, to request suitable support from DDIM.
  15. To not enter into competition with others in an unfair or improper way.
  16. To not damage the reputation of DDIM, but if possible to improve it.
