As founder and chairman of the board of DDIM e.V. as well as being an equity partner in the largest society for interim management, the "taskforce - Management on Demand AG" (www.taskforce.net), for years he has had management responsibility in companies in the process of change or growth. Apart from temporary jobs in management boards or as general manager, his roles have concentrated on project and program management, tasks relating to the market and processes, as well as business development. Together with his partner, Lennart Koch, he has managed to develop and establish taskforce AG as the leading German cooperation for qualified interim and project management in Germany within the past years.
Brigitte Nießen (board member)
With a clear focus on the Healthcare branch, Brigitte Nießen has been working successful in managerial positions for both national and international companies for many years. Her core competencies encompass the implementation of new strategic directions, designing and developing of marketing and service organisations, designing post-merger integration and reconstructions as well as actively accompanying the change management process. Among others, her clients include renowned companies from the area of medical technology, pharmaceutical, home-care, hospitals, innovative service providers, telemedicine and e-health.
Michael Pochhammer (board member)
Michael Pochhammer is a specialist for the supply of interim executives and is managing partner at Signium International. ´Previously, he had the same function at Heidrick & Struggles Germany, after working for 26 years in management and executive positions in international industrial concerns at Unilever, Otis, S.C. Johnson, Nattermann/Rhone Poulenc, Johnson & Johnson, Muelhens and Jackstädt. He has also founded his own consulting business to support venture capital clients, start-up companies and interim projects.
