The new board for DDIM e.V. was chosen on 23rd October 2008. Initially, this consists of 4 members and, apart from three interim managers, includes a representative from the provider members (Michael Pochhammer).

As founder and chairman of the board of DDIM e.V. as well as being an equity partner in the largest society for interim management, the "taskforce - Management on Demand GmbH" (www.taskforce.net), for years he has had management responsibility in companies in the process of change or growth. Apart from temporary jobs in management boards or as general manager, his roles have concentrated on project and programme management, tasks relating to the market and processes, as well as business development.
Michael Pochhammer (board member)
Michael Pochhammer is a specialist for the supply of interim executives and is managing partner at Signium International. ´Previously, he had the same function at Heidrick & Struggles Germany, after working for 26 years in management and executive positions in international industrial concerns at Unilever, Otis, S.C. Johnson, Nattermann/Rhone Poulenc, Johnson & Johnson, Muelhens and Jackstädt. He has also founded his own consulting business to support venture capital clients, start-up companies and interim projects.
Jochen Schmid (board member)
An internationally experienced manager concentrating on the optimisation and restructuring of supply chain processes. 18 years of experience in staff, project and line functions in well-known companies in a variety of sectors, sizes and cultures. From 2005 he has worked as an interim manager, successfully completing mandates in the area of consumer goods, automotive and electronics. ´Since 2008 he has been responsible for building up the business of Riverland Management Consultants BV, the address for single-source comprehensive supply chain excellence within the German-speaking world.
