The "Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management e.V." (DDIM) ist a non-profit organisation. Its head office is in Münster, Germany. The management board and the members' meeting are bodies of the association which, according to the articles, may form other bodies.

The board for DDIM e.V. consists of 4 members and, apart from three interim managers, includes a representative from the provider members (Michael Pochhammer).

As founder and chairman of the board of DDIM e.V. as well as being an equity partner in the largest society for interim management, the "taskforce - Management on Demand AG" (www.taskforce.net), for years he has had management responsibility in companies in the process of change or growth. Apart from temporary jobs in management boards or as general manager, his roles have concentrated on project and program management, tasks relating to the market and processes, as well as business development. Together with his partner, Lennart Koch, he has managed to develop and establish taskforce AG as the leading German cooperation for qualified interim and project management in Germany within the past years.

Michael Pochhammer is a specialist for the supply of interim executives and is managing partner at Signium International. ´Previously, he had the same function at Heidrick & Struggles Germany, after working for 26 years in management and executive positions in international industrial concerns at Unilever, Otis, S.C. Johnson, Nattermann/Rhone Poulenc, Johnson & Johnson, Muelhens and Jackstädt. He has also founded his own consulting business to support venture capital clients, start-up companies and interim projects.
