The "Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management e.V." (DDIM) is Germany's leading national platform for professional interim management and for the associated agency services.
The focus of our work is on the maintenance and promotion of the professional and financial interest of our members as well to professionalise interim management across Germany.
As the most significant representative of the interests of German interim managers and their employment agencies, we define the sector standards, pursue consistent quality assurance, organise qualification schemes and ensure the transfer of knowledge between our members.
Membership in the DDIM is seen as a guarantee for high quality in interim management, both for the interim managers as well as for the providers.
