After a decade in auditing, in N. America, and in Germany and the former Soviet Union, I moved to industry at the second level of management.
As an Interim Manager since October 2006, my service areas include Post-Acquisition Integration, Process Optimisation, Sox, Consolidation Accounting and external reporting according to IFRS and US GAAP. I also perform as an Interim Finance Director for meduim sized enterprises.
